Touring Broadway Shows

The great majority (at least 110) of our 125 cities host an annual series of touring Broadway musicals. Of those cities that don't have touring musicals, many are near cities that do. (For example, Oakland is close to San Francisco, and Arlington is close to Dallas.)

In medium-sized cities like Bakersfield and Shreveport, the musicals usually play for one
night only. In others, like Reno and Colorado Springs, they play for two or three nights. In larger cities like New Orleans and Minneapolis, they usually play for a week or more. In cities like San Francisco and Chicago, popular shows (""Wicked," "The Lion King," "Billy Elliot") may play for several months.
